The front line, modern, two-bedroom penthouse apartment provides stunning south facing views over both the golf course and the surrounding sierras. Watching the sunset from the balcony while sipping a cold white rioja is an experience not to be missed! The south facing balcony is perfect for early breakfasts or winter sunbathing . There is also a north facing terrace that provides much needed shade in summer months and overlooks the 20m communal swimming pool (not heated). Alhaurin el Grande is a pretty white-walled town with a population of 20,000. Although there are a large number of British residents with English being widely understood, the town has retained its traditional Andalucian culture of good food, the afternoon siesta and of course dancing until 4am! There are many good restaurants in and around Alhaurin which tempt you out of the apartment and away from the kitchen. This is a location that will appeal equally to those wanting a quiet relaxing break or to teenagers wanting to party until the wee hours.
