fees & booking

| Includes a cleaning service. For 2-week rentals a mid-stay cleaning service can be provided for an additional €35 if requested. |

| Deposit and Payment |
| A 25% deposit is payable to confirm the booking. Full balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday. If booked less than 8 weeks before holiday, full rental is payable on booking. €150 refundable deposit against breakages, payable in cash on arrival. Electricity usage will be deducted from this deposit (usually around €15 per week). |
